We are happy to offer you the possibility to pick up the items directly from our factory. Please contact us for more information.

Good to know! When loading your transport solutions, our employees will support and advise you with know-how and state-of-the-art vehicle fleet.

I would like to have the items delivered

We will organize the delivery for you. As soon as your items are ready for shipment, they are loaded onto the trucks of the commissioned logistics service provider, including suitable transport packaging.

Important to know! Only the unloading and insertion is your task. Access for 40t trucks must be provided.

Why is shipping without operating materials?

Our items are unfilled when delivered.

Important to know! In our accessories you will find an extensive range of all essential components for your process. We also offer needs-based solutions for changing production requirements.

Do you have a question about availability and delivery time?

Are my selected items available immediately?

Depending on availability, the delivery time of the items may vary. The availability and exact delivery time will be confirmed to you by our staff after ordering.

Good to know! You can inquire about availability and delivery time in advance by e-mail or telephone.

When will I receive my items?

Die angegebene Lieferzeit beginnt nach Bestelleingang und technisch-/kaufmännischer Klärung. Lagerware wird in der Regel innerhalb von 5-8 Werktagen innerhalb Deutschlands zugestellt (Ausland ggf. abweichend).

Wichtig zu wissen! Bei der Zahlungsbedingung „Vorkasse“ wird die Ware erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang kommissioniert.

Do you have a question about packaging and shipping costs?

Do my items need to be packed at all?

Our items are very robustly built. Nevertheless, we have to make sure that all attachments such as cables, hoses and electronics are not damaged during transport.

Good to know! We always try to reduce the packaging content to a minimum. And we strive to replace the packaging materials used with existing, environmentally friendly alternatives.

What costs do I have to calculate?

Due to a large number of product variants, their various sizes and features, there is a different packaging effort, so to speak.

The shipping costs cannot be flat-rate either. These are calculated according to weight and delivery address by the commissioned logistics service provider.

Good to know! As soon as we make you a written offer, both the packaging and shipping costs will be precisely quantified.

Can the shipping costs still be negotiated?

The individually calculated shipping costs correspond to our cost price.

Good to know! In order to always be able to offer you the cheapest shipping costs, these are checked in advance by our employees at various freight forwarders.

What scope of delivery do my items have?

The scope of delivery is listed for each item in your order confirmation and usually refers to the individual item.

Good to know! In order to give you as realistic an insight as possible into the respective article, you will usually find a combination of the product with optional accessories in the pictures. Optional accessories are NOT part of the presented offer and therefore NOT included in the scope of delivery.

How do I find the right accessories?

In our offer, a selection of alternative and optional accessories is already suggested to you or you can simply take a look at our extensive range of accessories on our website.

Can I make a color selection?

Our items are produced in a standardized manner in our corporate color Gentian Blue.With optional custom-made products, we also try to realize unusual color requests. Please contact us for more information.

Good to know! We try to do our best to display the items in the right color. However, there may be slight color differences. The cause is due to the different lighting and the setting of the computer monitor.
