We, Eurotec Innovation GmbH, challenge ourselves every day to redefine the limits of what is possible. Thanks to our high level of vertical integration, we are able to develop and produce all of our products in-house. As an owner-managed and independent company, we rely on the knowledge and experience of our employees to meet our own requirements and the requirements of our customers at all times. The "Eurotec Innovation" brand is a guarantee for high-quality products in the area of vibratory finishing and process water technology. In addition to vibrators for vibratory grinding, we develop and produce drying systems, centrifuges for process water treatment, separating systems and other accessories that are necessary for a high-quality vibratory grinding process. All of our systems impress with their modular structure, which means that they can be easily adapted according to customer requirements.

At our three production facilities worldwide, within the corporate group, we are able to produce the majority of our products ourselves with a high level of vertical integration. Due to our high investment rate, we use state-of-the-art means of production, which include the following manufacturing capabilities:

• 3 pieces laser cutting systems with automated feeding system
• CNC-controlled hydraulic presses up to 320 tons and 6 axes
• CNC milling machines up to 5 axes
• CNC automatic lathes with driven tools
• CNC round rolling machines
• Automated powder coating system with 5-stage pretreatment
• Polyurethane multi-component casting machine
• Heating furnace and heating tables for polyurethane casting
• Mechanical and electrical final assembly workplaces
• Own fleet with vehicles from 3.5 to 40t total weight
