Corn Granules

Corn granules are particularly suitable for spot-free drying in heated rotary dryers.

Moisture and adhering abrasion from the grinding process is absorbed by the granules. Depending on the application, corn granules can also be used to lightly polish the workpieces. In addition, corn granules are able to absorb adhering oils (e.g. stamping oils, deep-drawing oils, cutting oils...) and ensure effective removal of oil residues.

Corn granulate is a natural product and therefore environmentally friendly and harmless in terms of occupational safety. The natural ingredients are responsible for an absolutely compatible and gentle drying of the workpieces.

Depending on your workpiece and the requirements, the corn granules can be supplied in different grain sizes.

Nut Granules

Nut granules are the ideal carrier for polishing pastes and are therefore suitable for the fine polishing and cleaning of workpieces for a high-quality finish. So that the nut granules are ideally suited as a non-absorbent carrier for polishing, they are impregnated with a special compound before they are used for the first time.
