Rotary vibrator RA21 with washing system and centrifuge

Mass finishing system for processing silicone O-rings. To improve component cleaning after the mass finishing process, the circular vibrator is equipped with an extra rinsing zone in the sieve section. The components are also cleaned with demineralized water in a vibration washing system. A bunker conveyor with adjustable belt speed is integrated in advance so that the O-rings are fed into the washing system evenly and in metered quantities.
