ZS-M Centrifuges
ZS-M mobile centrifuges are compact cleaning centrifuges for the flexible treatment of contaminated process fluids. Integrated into a (mobile) trolley, the systems can be used independently of location and put into operation within minutes via plug-and-play. This makes the ZS-M series ideal for applications requiring mobile and powerful process water technology.
The modular concept with different sizes and buffer tanks allows for precise adaptation to individual requirements. ZS-M centrifuges impress with high cleaning performance, PLC-controlled monitoring, and the economical recirculation of cleaned process fluids.
Applications
- Treatment of vibratory finishing process water: For the economical cleaning and recirculation of process water during ongoing operation.
- Cleaning of mixtures and process baths: Suitable for suspensions, emulsions, phosphating, painting, washing, and oil baths.
- Flexible cleaning at changing locations: Ideal for external systems, storage tanks, cooling lubricants, and applications requiring mobile deployment.
