RF Rotary Vibrators
RF Rotary Vibrators are versatile vibratory finishing machines for deburring, radiusing, and polishing a wide variety of components. They are particularly suitable for large, heavy, or magnetic workpieces and impress with their compact, economical design.
The flat-bottomed bowl and wide working channel allow for the processing of larger components, although due to their design, only about two-thirds of the channel width can be effectively utilized. Therefore, very large or long parts can only be processed to a limited extent compared to trough vibrators.
For magnetic workpieces, separation can be achieved using a magnetic separator. This makes RF rotary vibrators a flexible solution for applications where traditional separation concepts reach their limits.
