ZS centrifuges are powerful systems for treating contaminated process fluids in industrial production. The ZS series impresses with high cleaning performance, modular expandability and user-friendly PLC control.
The modular system concept consisting of a centrifuge attachment and substructure enables a tailor-made design for various applications. Replaceable sludge inserts simplify the economical disposal of discharged solids, while the integrated process water management monitors fill levels and communicates with connected systems.
Applications
- Preparation of mass finishing process fluids: For the economical purification and recycling of process water during operation.
- Purification of industrial liquid mixtures: Suitable for suspensions, emulsions and phosphating, painting, washing and oil baths.
- Separation of solids from liquid media: Ideal for coolants, coolants from saws, milling machines and lathes as well as other industrial applications.
