ZS Centrifuges
ZS centrifuges are high-performance systems for treating contaminated process liquids in industrial manufacturing. Continuous recirculation of purified process liquids reduces operating costs and sustainably protects the environment and resources. The ZS series impresses with its high cleaning performance, modular expandability, and user-friendly PLC control.
The modular system concept, consisting of a centrifuge top unit and base frame, allows for a precise design tailored to various applications. Exchangeable sludge inserts simplify the economical disposal of discharged solids, while the integrated process water management monitors fill levels and communicates with coupled systems.
Applications
- Treatment of mass finishing process liquids: For the economical cleaning and recirculation of process water during ongoing operation.
- Cleaning of industrial liquid mixtures: Suitable for suspensions, emulsions, as well as phosphating, painting, washing, and oil baths.
- Separation of solids from liquid media: Ideal for cooling lubricants, coolants from saws, milling machines, and lathes, as well as other industrial applications.
