TMX Trough Vibrator
TMX trough vibrators are modular mass finishing machines that can be individually adapted to different components, batch sizes, and process requirements. Thanks to their segmented design, individual modules can be connected, allowing for variable container lengths from 0.5 meters to over 20 meters.
For large quantities of bulk material, the TMX series can be expanded into a continuous flow-through system with automatic separation. When processing individual parts, the work container can optionally be divided into segments with continuously adjustable partitions.
Applications
- Large components in separate chambers: Ideal for mass finishing and polishing large workpieces in individually segmented processing areas.
- Large quantities of bulk material: Suitable as a mass finishing flow-through system for continuous processing of high volumes.
- Long and demanding workpieces: Optimal for particularly long components such as shafts or worm gears, as well as for derusting, descaling, deburring, radiusing, fine grinding, and polishing.
