Corn Grit
Corn grit is particularly well-suited for spot-free drying in heated rotary dryers.
Moisture and adhering abrasion from the grinding process are absorbed by the granulate. Depending on the application, corn grit can also be used for light polishing of workpieces. Furthermore, corn grit is capable of absorbing adhering oils (e.g., stamping oils, deep-drawing oils, cutting oils, etc.) thereby ensuring effective removal of oil residues.
Corn granulate is a natural product, making it environmentally friendly and harmless from an occupational safety perspective. Its natural ingredients ensure an absolutely compatible and gentle drying of the workpieces.
Depending on your workpiece and requirements, corn granulate is available in various grain sizes.
Walnut Shell Grit
Walnut shell granulate is the ideal carrier for polishing pastes and is therefore suitable for fine polishing of workpieces to achieve a high-quality finish. To ensure that walnut shell granulate is ideally suited as a non-absorbent carrier for polishing, it is impregnated with a special compound before its first use.
