DT Continuous Dryers / Belt Dryers
DT continuous dryers are high-performance drying systems for the continuous hot-air drying of workpieces. Components are conveyed through a thermally insulated drying tunnel on a fine-mesh wire conveyor belt. Temperature and conveyor belt speed can be individually adjusted to suit the components, throughput, and process requirements.
Optional individual adjustments to system height, conveyor belt length, and heating capacity are possible. A high-pressure air curtain for stripping liquids can also be integrated. This makes DT continuous dryers ideal for continuous drying processes with high process reliability and consistent component quality.
