Rotary vibrator RA21 with washing system and centrifuge

To clean the process fluid, a ZS38 centrifuge including dosing devices for compound and flocculant was installed on an existing continuous mass finishing system for this customer from the aluminium die casting industry. The particular challenge in this project was the high proportion of dirt in the process water and the 24-hour operation of the mass finishing system. Two belt filter systems were installed as pre-filters upstream of the centrifuge to pre-screen large dirt particles and chips.
